Choose your events, then adjust attendance and hours. Drinks can differ at every event.
The bar
Slide towards the drink your guests prefer. Percentages compare the two sides of each slider, not the whole bar. Each event uses only the drinks selected for it; unavailable drinks are excluded and the remaining preferences are recalculated within each category.
Mocktails share the alcohol-free allocation with juices and soft drinks. Water is calculated separately. These preferences apply across events, except after-parties: mixed drinks and cocktails share the main allocation equally when both are selected. Premium whiskey / cognac is limited to 2% of estimated alcohol demand. Champagne receives three times its preference weight during ceremony, cocktail time and wedding dinner when selected, taking a larger share of the same alcohol total.
Bottle yields mean servings per bottle or pack. Mixed drinks, cocktails and mocktails are complete serves. Price mixed drinks per glass; their spirits and soft mixers are included, not counted separately.

Calculation settings
Editable planning assumptions, not measured guest behaviour. Younger adults default to 1.15× the base alcohol estimate; older adults (60+) default to 0.80×. Your guest mix blends these factors. These are editable planning assumptions, not measured behaviour. Age affects alcohol quantities; water and alcohol-free drinks stay unchanged.
Alcohol = eligible adults × hours × base rate × crowd factor × age factor. Each event has its own crowd factor, from 0 to 1.5. Water and soft drinks use all attendees. Ratios are normalised separately within each group. Buffer is applied once, then servings and purchasing units round up per event.
